Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace

Application:

This equipment can be used for heating (sintering) products under the protection of a pre-vacuum atmosphere. It can also be used without pre-vacuuming and directly using a protective gas washing furnace to heat under the protection of an atmosphere. Mainly used for clean heating treatment of products in a protective atmosphere or the user’s product has corrosive substances such as acidic and alkaline atmosphere, water, carbon and hydrocarbons, etc. during the heating process.

• The system is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge,a 304 stainless steel two-piece ball valve,vacuum hoses, rigid pipes,clamp-type quick-release seals,an exhaust filter,an exhaust oil mist filter,and a vacuum pump.
• Standard vacuum pump is a ZX-2 two-stage,direct-coupled vacuum pump with an oil-return mechanism. The ultimate vacuum degree is 6×10-2 Pa.
• The furnace mouth is equipped with a water cooling device,and the cooling water is inlet and outlet from the bottom.
• The furnace tank and furnace body adopt a detachable structure,which is convenient for maintenance of the electric furnace.
• Temperature control instrument: PID adjustable, 30-segment programmable, intelligent instrument temperature control.
• Safety&Environmental Protection: The temperature control system has multiple safety protection measures such as short circuit, overcurrent protection, broken couple, overtemperature alarm and automatic power cut-off protection; the vacuum system has leakage protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, motor overload protection and exhaust port oil mist filtration.
