The SC-WB1000 is constructed with corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy-to-clean materials, including the sample rack, support frame, base, and gas distribution system. Samples are placed on the rack and support tray, while gas flow is regulated through a flow meter to ensure precise and stable delivery. The gas is then directed via flexible tubing to individual valve assemblies, where tube height can be adjusted according to vessel size and solvent volume. A needle directs controlled gas flow onto the liquid surface, accelerating solvent evaporation efficiently and uniformly.
