• Lifting structure: The host automatically lifts and lowers, with a rocker button and an electric contact mechanical retraction principle. It is hydraulically assisted and can quickly lift and lower from 0 to 150 millimeters.
• Control mode: Temperature digital display (RE-2000AR); Temperature and speed dual control and dual display (RE-2000BR); Temperature and speed dual control, LCD display(RE-2000CR).
• Main components: Made of rust proof aluminum alloy, special engineering plastic, and high-temperature resistant glass. Compact structure, beautiful appearance, and durability.
• Host drive: Using a gear motor, electronic stepless speed regulation, and synchronous belt drive device. Increase the diameter of the transmission shaft tube, so the evaporation pipeline is 1.5 times larger than that of general instruments, improving evaporation efficiency.
• Evaporation pipeline: Made of high-temperature resistant glass and fluoroplastic composite, with two sections fitted with “silicon fluorine composite sealing rings” for vacuum sealing, long service life, and can be regularly disassembled, cleaned or replaced.
• Condenser: Vertical integrated condenser made of high-temperature-resistant glass, featuring a double reflux design and spherical ground joints, paired with spherical ground joints receiving flask for quick and secure assembly and disassembly.
• Heating pot: Made of PTFE aluminum alloy composite pot, the fully enclosed electric heater is installed on the aluminum alloy pot base, stable and reliable, and can be moved according to evaporation needs.
