Application:
The Low-Temperature Coolant Circulation Pump is a high-performance pump designed to efficiently circulate coolant in systems requiring precise temperature control at low temperatures. It is suitable for laboratories, industrial applications, pharmaceutical hygiene, and physical experimental testing. Additionally, it is compatible with rotary evaporators, vacuum freeze drying oven, circulating water-type multipurpose vacuum pumps, magnetic stirrer, etc.
Advantage:
- Compressor: Adopting a piston compressor, it has small volume, light weight, smooth operation, low noise, and high reliability.
- Condenser: Adopting air-cooled fin type, with oxygen free copper tube inside, high heat transfer efficiency and small heat transfer volume.
- Evaporator: The outer layer of the copper tube is chrome plated for high heat transfer efficiency.
- The air inlet adopts a louver style air intake to reduce air dryness and increase the heat dissipation area.
- Adopting a low-temperature resistant magnetic pump, there is no leakage under low-temperature conditions, and the circulation pipeline uses silicone hoses.
- The circular nozzle can rotate 360 °, making it convenient for various system connections.
- All parts in contact with the refrigeration agent are made of stainless steel (ANSI standard) and polymer corrosion-resistant materials.
- Set temperature and actual temperature dual row LCD display, intelligent PID algorithm, high temperature control accuracy.
- Combined with a rotary evaporator and a vacuum pump, it forms a complete small-scale experimental device.
