Application:

The IPC-8AS Insoluble Particle Counter enables direct detection of the content and size of insoluble particles in injections, sterile powders, infusion sets, and pharmaceutical packaging materials. It adopts a high-performance imported laser light source and compensation circuit to ensure testing accuracy for both colorless and colored samples, supporting direct analysis of electrolyte-free articles.ØSampling slits and pipelines are made of imported 316L stainless steel and PTFE materials, allowing direct detection of organic solvents, oil-based matrices, and other special solutions.

• 8-channel selection (full / partial channel setup) with user-defined volume sampling supports independent channel configuration, calibration, and testing.
• Equipped with a dedicated testing program for small-volume injections (ampoules). Injection volume can be set according to ampoule specifications, and the system automatically converts test results into particle size and count per container, complying with international universal requirements. Standard configuration includes a 10 mL precision high-pressure syringe pump for sampling power, meeting diverse experimental needs.  
• Equipped with an imported high-pressure syringe pump sampling system, injection volume can be set according to sample types, featuring high injection precision to meet the testing requirements of high-viscosity samples.
• Capable of detecting insoluble particles in intravenous injections, pharmaceutical packaging materials, anesthesia equipment, biological products, eye drops, etc.
• Utilizes a propeller-type glass stirrer with adjustable constant speed: stir speed is real-time monitorable, ensuring uniform particle dispersion in the container and improving data accuracy.
• Unaffected by geographical factors, it is suitable for use in regions with different altitudes.
• Built-in injection drug names from the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP) for on-demand retrieval and printing. Users can customize and save test protocols for direct recall in subsequent use.
• Computers are included as standard equipment, with an optional tablet available. The tablet can be mounted on the upper section of it to optimize space utilization.
• Equipped with data storage and query functions to facilitate paperless office. Professional software ensures data protection with no risk of data loss.
• Automatic test data processing with multiple printing modes for all sample types, meeting the requirements of different sample test reports.
• Full computer software control, fully complying with GMP computerized management requirements. Features five-level permission management, with user access period setting and password expiration reminder functions.
