The automated slide stainer’s internal multiple slides are arranged in slide holders ready for staining. The internal mechanism is designed for efficient and even application of reagents.
Principle of automatic staining machine:
- Loading Slides: Slides containing tissue or cell samples are loaded into slide holders and placed into the automated staining machine.
- Reagent Application: The Tissue slide stainer automatically dispenses specific staining reagents onto the slide.
- Time Control: The Tissue slide stainer controls the application time of each reagent to ensure consistent staining results.
- Wash: After using the staining reagents, the machine automatically rinses the slide with buffer or water to remove excess reagent.
- Unloading: When the staining process is complete, the slide will be automatically unloaded or made available for manual retrieval.
