Application:

Experiments and production in fields such as electronics, ceramics, metallurgy, glass, and new materials development are mainly used for ash blowing refining in pyrometallurgical assays.

Advantage:

Cabinet is zinc anneal sheet steel, lined with fire bricks and backed with Vermiculite Insulation board. The furnace is mounted on a console fabricated from Zinc Anneal sheet and the external surface is electrostatic spraying.
Refractory Lining: Hot face of alumina fire-brick backed with insulating fire-brick.
Temperature Control: Electronic, Automatic control 1200 °C, k-Type Thermocouple.
Electrical Requirements: The furnace is fitted with a 10 AMP single phase cord and plug top.
Electrical load: 5 AMPS.
Door Operation: Pneumatic rising. Operated by foot control.
